Our Aftermarket operations are based out of Poway, CA and our Motorsports operations are based out of Mooresville, NC. Your responsibilities Technical Support: Assist employees with hardware, software, and network-related issues on Bilstein-owned equipment. Ticket Management: Enter and update tickets in the Service Desk with detailed and accurate information. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve general computer problems, determining whether issues are related to hardware, software, or user errors. Documentation: Document solutions and resolutions to issues for future reference and knowledge sharing. Support New Applications: Learn and support new software applications as they are introduced to the organization. Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by the IT department. Your profile This position does not provide relocation assistance or housing allowance. Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills. Familiarity with standard office applications such as MS Office Suite and MS Windows 10 and 11. Intermediate computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot general computer problems. Ability to quickly learn and support new software applications. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to resolving technical issues. Good communication skills for providing clear and effective support to employees. Willingness to perform additional tasks as needed to support the IT team.
