With a heritage of technological excellence, our team serves customers in the communications, defense, medical, industrial, and scientific markets.Your day to day:Responsible for managing and driving key performance indicators of cost, schedule and technical performance of a complex technical programBudget management and financial execution of the programDevelopment and maintenance of an active and proactive risk management programParticipate in program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule and technical performancePrepare proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, and operating budgetsParticipate in responses to RFIs, RFPs or requests for a ROMUses proposal plans and strategies to define, develop, and implement cohesive and integrated program/product schedules, business plans, subcontractor and material management to achieve overall current and long-term objectivesEnsures work is accomplished to baseline plans to ensure rate of work completion is sufficient to meet program/product schedulesConducts reviews on products/programs to anticipate and identify issues, develop corrective actions, and communicate issues, impacts and corrective actions to program teamsIdentifies scope changes and develops product/program positions for equitable cost and schedule adjustmentSalary: $120000 - $130000
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or master's degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceU.S. citizenship is requiredMust be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense clearancePrior experience in manufacturing or engineering is highly preferredThorough working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) is requiredAbility to establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirementsAbility to understand and analyze program financial dataAbility to lead others in team building, conflict resolution, motivation, leadership, and risk managementAbility to develop and execute proposal plans and strategiesTravel may be required
