Job Summary:The Production Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of production equipment and processes in a manufacturing environment. This role involves monitoring production lines, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications.Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process to ensure they meet standards.Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced and any defects.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.Work under clean room environment.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications are advantageous.Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production processes.
