Job Summary:

The Production Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of production equipment and processes in a manufacturing environment. This role involves monitoring production lines, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
• Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process to ensure they meet standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced and any defects.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Work under clean room environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production processes.
