to lead the product strategy, design, and execution of our platform. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape the future of Apact by guiding our product vision, driving market growth, and ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of the OTC market.Role OverviewThe
Head of Product
will lead the development and execution of Apact's product roadmap, working closely with engineering, business development, and operations teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management within fintech, deep knowledge of trading systems or OTC markets, and proven leadership experience in scaling products from MVP to enterprise solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision :Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for Apact, aligning it with the company's long-term strategic goals and market opportunities.Lead market research and customer discovery to identify product opportunities, refine use cases, and prioritize features based on customer feedback, business impact, and competitive analysis.Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including product planning, feature definition, development, and iteration.Execution & Delivery :Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business development teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of product features and improvements.Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring technical feasibility and business impact.Monitor product performance, user adoption, and customer satisfaction, iterating on product features based on data-driven insights and feedback.Stakeholder Management :Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of product features into the broader platform ecosystem.Act as a key liaison between external stakeholders (brokers, financial institutions, and partners) and the internal teams, aligning product development with customer needs and regulatory requirements.Leadership & Team Development :Build and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful customer adoption.QualificationsExperience :7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful SaaS products.Deep understanding of trading systems, back-office operations, or OTC markets is highly desirable.Experience leading product teams and managing cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and business teams.Skills :Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Highly analytical, with experience leveraging data and metrics to drive decision-making.Experience with agile development methodologies, sprint planning, and working closely with development teams.Leadership :Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor product teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Comfortable navigating uncertainty and making decisions in a startup environment.BenefitsModest salary with equity options (negotiable - sliding scale salary vs. equity).Flexible work environment with the option to work remotely.A unique opportunity to shape the future of fintech and OTC trading.Apact
