Orchard Village is looking for a full-time Associate Human Resources Director.
Associate Human Resources Director Responsibilities:
Assist the Sr. Human Resources Director in the daily operations of the Human Resources Department, including benefits, labor relations, recruitment, staff development, compliance, and human resource administration. Work to support employee strategies and initiatives to drive organizational improvement.
Associate Human Resources Director Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent degree; M.A. degree or equivalent experience preferred.5-7 years of progressively increasing HR experience, preferably in a non-profit and/or in a unionized environment.Current certification as Professional of Human Resources (PHR); SPHR certification preferred.Demonstrable experience and HR technical expertise in all functional HR disciplines, including employment laws & regulations, HR Best Practices and procedures, employee benefits, union/labor relations, learning & development, talent acquisition, employment and onboarding, performance management, and employee discipline.
