Full-timeSouthern Medical Recruiters is a healthcare/hospital recruitment organization with hospitals clients nationwide, seeking the best in healthcare talent.Candidates must have strong hospital experience as CEO, CNO, COO, CFO, Director of Business Office, Director of Quality, Performance Improvement, Director of Case, Director of Ancillary, Allied, Critical Care, Pediatrics, NICU, CCU, ICU, Cardiac Cath, Radiology, Lab Services, Education, ER, OR, Physicians, Clinics, Outpatient, Service Line Administrators, Oncology, NP, PA, CRNA, etc.Director of Human Resources needed for a hospital in Nevada.Client is a general acute care facility seeking a strong Director of HR, SPHR certification, and 6+ years experience in a hospital setting as Director of HR, with a steady work history a must.Candidates will have the following: BS degree required, Masters ideal, SPHR certification, strong experience with Unions and Contract negotiations.HR Director experience in a large Hospital/healthcare organization is a must.Responsibilities:Responsible for the daily operation of the facility Human Resource Department including HR administration, employee/labor relations, regulatory compliance, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, and related matters. Ensure excellent HR service to all levels of employees. Serve as a business partner on the facility Administrative Council, providing HR leadership and expertise as an employee advocate, change agent, and administrative expert in people matters. Member of HR leadership team, providing input and recommendations on HR policy and administration.Education:Bachelors degree in Business/Human Resources Management.Experience:5 - 10 years progressively responsible human resource management or related experience in a healthcare setting.
