Summary
It is the responsibility of the Transportation Coordinator to under limited supervision, prepare regular work assignments related to the strategy for the Operations team. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner relationships to provide the highest level of customer service.
This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out Orlando, FL.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor and track inbound-outbound equipment.
Assist with inter-branch tracking.
Responsible for turning in daily labor call information.
Run TSS reports for equipment needs for upcoming shows.
Provide monthly service failure reports to manager.
Assist with other projects and special assignments when required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Travel Requirements
Travel up to 25%
