Pay: $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday As the Production Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of the plant, from production and manufacturing to ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Your role will include developing processes to maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Coordinating and planning production schedules to meet timelines and quality standards. Managing and leading plant staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to foster a positive work environment. Implementing and maintaining quality control systems to ensure products meet company standards, while addressing any quality issues that arise. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Monitoring and controlling production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead, while implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Overseeing the maintenance of plant equipment and machinery, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize downtime. Preparing and presenting regular reports on production, quality, safety, and other key performance indicators to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar managerial role. CNC experience is required. Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to make decisions under pressure and effectively solve problems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. We appreciate your hard work!
