Overview
Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion | Leads orcoordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and teamleadership | Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments orresource additions | Responsibilities are within the Program Management Function as a generalistor in a combination of DisciplinesMajor Position Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of complex projects throughout the project lifecycle: planning, scopedefinition, design, execution, and delivery.* Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and otherstakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans arecommunicated.* Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding externalconsultants or vendors.* Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.* Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and totrack project tasks.* Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.* Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators,and prepares reports to senior management.* Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigationplans.* Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations whennecessary.Basic Qualifications
Required Education:
Associate's Degree OR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education & ExperiencePreferred Education:
Bachelor's DegreeDiscipline/Major:
Business degree or related discipline preferred.Additional Certifications:
Project Management Certification preferred.Years and Area of Experience (required for the role):

The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process.
Additional Compensation
Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.
