Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial through trial and appealsHandle complex civil litigation cases, including product liability, toxic tort, and commercial disputesDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and manage discoveryConduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clientsAttend depositions, mediations, and assist in trial preparations
Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice law in California5-10+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in toxic tort, product liability, or personal injury defenseStrong legal research, writing, and case management skillsExperience in both state and federal courts is preferredAbility to work independently and manage multiple case deadlines
