JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.SAir Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech IIJT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challengesWhat You Will Do With JT4 The SrSheet Metal Fabricator will interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to help design and build 3D sheet metal assemblies/installations for a variety of aircraft in a fast-paced prototyping environment and works closely with a team of technicians and engineers to modify aircraft with one-of-a-kind instrumentation systems for flight test data collectionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES• Proficiency with sheet metal equipment operation used to cut, drill, countersink, and rivet via a punch press, water jet, brake press, pneumatic tools, etc

• Previous experience with aircraft instrumentation or avionics maintenance, involving the modification, evaluation, repair, and documentation of airborne test equipment and mechanical assemblies• Expert skills in interpreting designs from CAD, CAM, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etcwith an ability to engage in technical conversations with engineering staff in a prototyping environment• Demonstrate an ability to interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, technical publications and build mechanical assemblies from blueprints• Support the Engineering staff and perform any other job-related duties the role may require DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS• A great candidate will have 7 to 11 years of hands-on professional experience• Previous work in an Aerospace or DoD or Government environment• A natural ability to liaison between a technical staff and the engineering team to communicate complex issues in simple terms• A creative ability to extrapolate a completed design from an incomplete draft REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE The incumbent must have vocational/technical training beyond high school from an academic institution or military equivalent training and at least 7 years of job-related experienceThe incumbent must have excellent communications and analytical skills and working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programsThe incumbent must possess planning/organizing skills and perform work under established deadlinesThis position may require the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational hardware and softwareThe Incumbent must have a valid, current state-issued driver's licenseMust obtain and maintain a security clearance with special accessMust be a U.ScitizenSALARY The expected salary range for this position is $91,630.40 to $105,102.40 annuallyNote: The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will payJT4, LLC considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offerBENEFITS• Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance•••Benefits Active on Day 1• Life Insurance• Health Savings Accounts/FSA's• Disability Insurance• Paid Time Off• 401(k) Plan Options with Employer Match• JT4 will match 50%, up to an 8% contribution• 100% Immediate Vesting• Tuition Reimbursement OTHER RESPONSIBILITES Each employee must read, understand, and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures, and policies pertaining to their job
