Requirements :3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting a CEO10+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant roleExperience in a mid-size company5 days a week in the officeProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a mustBachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferredAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksResponsibilities:
Prepare and coordinate execs travel and schedule, which can change on a minute-to-minute basis.Answering phone inquiries, directing calls, and providing basic company information.Comfortable performing administrative duties, taking memos, maintaining files, and organizing documents, etc.Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.Plans/organizes and implements events such as Board and Executive meetings, Leadership meetings, calls or off business luncheons, or client dinners, etc.Manages executive schedule and acts as liaison for executive team.Prepares reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings.Handles confidential information; organizes and maintains files.
