Primary Responsibilities
Monitor job file statusMonitor and ensure client requirements are followedReview and validate initial field documentationCreate preliminary estimatesMaintain internal and external communicationsPerform job close-outAssist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements
Experience in service industry environment a plus but not a must, will train the right individualWritten and verbal communication skills are very important, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistentlyCourteous and professional tone of voice at all timesExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to multi-taskWord processing and knowledge of spreadsheets is a plusAbility to learn new and proprietary software applications on a PC and iPadMinimum of HSD/GED preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawSalary:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
