CNC Machinist / Programmer

Summary:A growing automotive metal parts manufacturer is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in programming, setting up and operating CNC machines. This role involves machining small steel parts with precision up to .001.Responsibilities:* Set up, operate, and program a 3 axis CNC machine. (up to 5 axis) * Program using MasterCam or equivalent efficiently* Collaborate side by side with the CNC Manager to ensure quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.* Able to understand and read prints.Job RequirementsQualifications:* Minimum of 3 years of experience working with CNC machines, 3 axis milling and lathes.* Proficiency in GD&T to guarantee accurate cuts.* Proficiency in programming, Mastercam preferred* Proficiency in English, as communication is crucial for productive work.* Wire EDM Experience is a plus, but not required.
