Primarily responsible for the New Vehicle Sales Department.
Manages the departments Sales Managers and Sales Force in order to meet the dealership’s budget for gross profit, volume sales goals and customer satisfaction standards. Will accomplish this through the “direct management” of the sales staff and by providing the first level of personnel management. The New Vehicle Sales Director reports directly to the General Sales Manager.Qualifications:
Prior automotive experience as a Sales Director and/or Sales Manager is MandatoryGood Listener, Creative Thinker and Effective CommunicatorAn outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeedA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearanceResilient and organizedBilingual is a plus!High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and good driving recordPlease upload your resume.
