Salesforce Director
to join our team. This is a remote role with occasional days on site in Herndon/Arlington, Virginia.Responsibilities:Responsible for managing and growing our Salesforce contracts and personnel within our Digital Transformation Division.This role encompasses strategic planning, team building, and technical oversight.Key responsibilities include defining the technical vision, managing Salesforce development projects, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.Build client relationships, drive revenue growth, and stay at the forefront of emerging technologies.Basic Qualifications:12+ years of relevant experience.Proven Leadership Experience: A successful track record of leading software development teams, including hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.Deep Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Salesforce software development methodologies, technologies, and architectures.Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to align technology strategies with organizational goals.Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex software development projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Capture/Proposal Management: Demonstrated success in leading capture and proposal efforts for deals greater than $50M.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related degree.Preferred Qualifications:Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for innovation and the ability to identify new market opportunities and develop innovative software solutions.Consulting Experience: Experience in a consulting environment, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver value.10+ years of US Federal Government Industry Knowledge.P&L Responsibility: Experience managing a software development P&L, including revenue generation, cost management, and profitability.Advanced Degrees: An advanced degree in computer science or a related field.Security Clearance Requirements:US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.Physical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
