We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our restaurant. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for great food, exceptional customer service, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of dedicated staff, creating a positive work environment.
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, focusing on company values and service standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and setting goals for improvement.
Operational Excellence
Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Financial Management
Analyze and manage the restaurant's financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
Drive revenue by setting and achieving sales goals, optimizing seating capacity, and enhancing the guest experience.
Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure all financial records are accurate and compliant.
Customer Experience
Maintain high standards of quality service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Actively engage with guests, handle feedback, and resolve any concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.
Implement guest loyalty programs and encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications:
3+ years of restaurant management experience in an American cuisine casual dining environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, train, and manage a high-performing team.
Proven experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
