Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will support our team’s initiatives by collaborating with segment leads and cross-functional teams to align demand generation activities with overall marketing and business objectives. Successful demand generation leaders at Zuora are strategic thinkers with a strong ability to execute campaigns, are data-driven, and thrive on identifying opportunities that improve the customer experience.What you’ll do:Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing programs through ongoing communication with cross-functional marketing teams (Web & Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative Services, etc.)Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful customer journeys.Collaborate with leadership on goals and clearly defined metrics to measure the quality of content, audience growth, engagement, and content reach.Work with the content team to ensure content is optimally distributed and targeted to new business target accounts.Activate content distribution and communicate how we’re leveraging content we’re producing.Help execute the paid media strategy in partnership with Digital Marketing.Innovate and reimagine our third-party sponsorships - publications, webinars, events, etc. in partnership with Field Marketing.Orchestrate the webinar production process end-to-end, including content creation, speaker management, promotions, follow up, post-event content distribution, etc.Compile and report results of marketing efforts using various systems - such as Salesforce and Marketo.Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline.Continuously monitor and seek opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.Desired Skills/Experience:3-5 years in demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign operations.Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and how to influence the journey of our buyer personas at each stage.Foundational understanding of lead lifecycles, MQL models, and basic lead scoring.Proven experience contributing to demand generation, digital marketing, and campaign efforts.Strong ability to understand marketing metrics and how to take this data to drive more effectiveness.Comfortable and confident balancing responsibilities across multiple marketing channels with strong organizational skills.Basic understanding of marketing automation systems and CRMs - ideally Marketo and Salesforce.Location & Work ArrangementsOrganizations and teams at Zuora are empowered to design efficient and flexible ways of working, being intentional about scheduling, communication, and collaboration strategies that help us achieve our best results. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget. Base pay is only one element of Zuora’s Total Rewards Package. Additional elements may also include bonus/variable compensation, equity and comprehensive benefits.
