Our New York office is looking for a banking and finance associate with three to five years of experience in transactional lending, preferably leveraged-lending. Experience in both drafting and negotiating commitment papers, terms sheets, credit agreements and security documents is helpful. Preference for an associate that has private equity sponsor-side experience, but experience working for banks and lending counsel is acceptable. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.Salary range noted below.
