The ideal candidate should have experience with all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including developing court submissions relevant to infringement and validity, discovery, motions, expert opinions, and trial work. Candidate should have a graduate degree in technology areas, including electrical engineering, computer sciences, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer systems engineering or material sciences. Industry work experience in technical areas across the semiconductor, computer, networking, or software industries is desirable. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as a team member are critical.We’re open to candidates in Austin, Chicago, or Washington, D.C.2-5 years of IP experience and experience in high techMust be barred and in good standing in the state in which you practiceAdmission to the USPTO preferred but not requiredExcellent analytical skills, writing skills, and academic recordExpected Pay Range for Associates:2024/2023 Class Compensation Years: $225,0002022 Class Compensation Years: $235,0002021 Class Compensation Years: $260,0002020 Class Compensation Years: $310,0002019 Class Compensation Years: $365,0002018 Class Compensation Years: $390,0002017 Class Compensation Years: $420,0002016 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
