HR Analyst I
provides administrative support to the local and global HR function; gathering, compiling and maintaining HR-related information and preparing various reports and documents.Major Job ResponsibilitiesProcesses various forms and handling of tasks such as absences, benefits, overtimes, payrolls, and other confidential HR Colleague Services related forms and tasks.Maintains personnel files for assigned location(s), ensuring timely and accurate processing and filing of forms.Gathers, compiles and maintains HR-related information and prepares various reports and documents.Handles employee enquiries in the Case Management system with the goal to ensure a high customer satisfaction and work in line with the service level agreements.To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience :High/Secondary School education or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 1-2 years), or equivalent combination of education, training & experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :Proficiency in Microsoft Office programsExperience with HeRMeS or related management systems is an advantageExperience with ServiceNow and Oracle Fusion or other ticketing and HR database platforms such as Workday.Knowledge of related HR systems and functions is an advantageShared service experienceGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality resultsGood written and oral communications skillsAbility to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendorsBasic understanding of Human Resources programs, practices and regulations/legal requirementsPositive attitude and ability to work well with othersAbility to handle confidential information appropriatelyFluent English and PolishOur Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
