The way that we accomplish this is by questioning the status quo, actively seeking ways to grow, and being committed to building premium quality experiences of lasting value while following our core principles:Strive for ExcellenceBe AccountableListen and LearnCreate Meaningful RelationshipsGive BackMake it MatterBe AgileWe hope you'll grow with us while making a meaningful impact not only in our community but also in your career!ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (Other duties may be assigned.):Remotely administers and maintains TCP/IP networks.Proactively monitors network performance and plans timely resolution.Configures, installs, and replaces network infrastructure and security components.Responds to business support tickets and handles related issues in a timely manner.Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network and firewall communication issues.Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation.Collaborates with networking peers on network and firewall optimization.Recommends tests, schedules, and implements upgrades.Performs capacity planning for internal and external network connections.Participates in on-call service rotation as needed.Performs occasional night/weekend work as required due to environmental constraints.Follow IT change management policy on all changes.POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty successfully. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field or 2-year degree with additional experience.CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus (Other general network certifications are also welcome)10 years of experience with Enterprise Network infrastructure, including design, implementation, and ongoing management and troubleshooting in a multi-site / datacenter network environment.Strong knowledge and experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols i.e. Spanning-Tree, EIGRP, OSPF.Complex problem-solving abilities with experience in performing root cause analysis.Must be willing to conduct oneself in accordance with LFI's Core Values.ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role has an office environment setting to be onsite 3 days a week, along with ability to work remotely.
