Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability and sustainability.
Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to guide strategic decision-making.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Lead risk management efforts, including compliance with regulations and financial audits.
Develop and optimize business processes to support rapid growth and scalability.
Collaborate with department heads to align operations with company goals.
Mentor and support the leadership team to foster a high-performance culture.
Actively participate in business development, partnerships, and expansion planning.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (required).
Proven experience as CFO, COO, or similar leadership roles in construction or related industries.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Experience scaling organizations and implementing operational best practices.
Ability to lead high-stakes negotiations and manage vendor relationships.
In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
