You might just be the right candidate for us.We are seeking a skilled and diligent Data Analyst to collect, analyze and interpret large security datasets to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. As the Security Data Analyst, you will work as a key component of the Global Security Strategic Initiatives team in support of Global Security Operations. Your technical expertise will be vital in developing the security analytics program, aiming to provide insight into operational, performance, and financial indicators for Global Security leadership and partners.Key Responsibilities

Analytics Program Development: Design and document requirements for security data collection and operational use cases for key operational and administrative metrics.Data Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design and publish operational metrics, planning, and financial reports and dashboards that aid Global Security leadership and cross functional partners in decision making.Database Administration: Design and maintain security databases across multiple platforms. Design and perform custom queries for various, specific use cases and report building.Oversee Security Application Integrations: Work closely with IT and 3rd party security application vendors to test and implement API-driven integrations with Cruise internal systems.Technical Multi-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Real Estate/Facilities, EH&S, and other partner Cruise teams to design solutions that meet the needs of multiple teams and use cases and collaborate with Data Analysts and other technical partners on complex problems.Security Application Configurations: Oversee the implementation and custom configuration of 3rd party security vendor applications to meet the needs of the Global Security operational teams.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, and/or Business.Demonstrable experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and advanced spreadsheet skills.Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns.Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of API design, implementation, and management.Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $139,700. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits.
