As a Senior Manager of Product Management, you will lead a team of product managers to build a cohesive strategy and a corresponding feature roadmap, driving its development & execution through to launch.What You'll Do

Develop and execute on a product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company mission & objectivesLead and mentor a team of product managers, creating a high functioning teamCollaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmapAnalyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvementDrive the execution of product initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality outcomesWhat You Must Have

Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully leading and launching complex user-facing productsStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a teamExcellent written, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively alongside cross-functional teamsDeep understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologiesThe salary range for this position is $192,500 - $283,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits.
