Portfolio Analysis and Integration Specialist
- TS/SCI with CI PolyXcelerate Solutions is seeking experienced Portfolio Analysis and Integration Specialists to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD (ICC-B). Successful candidates will collaborate with a diverse group across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Private Sector, contributing to business and mission analytics efforts. TS/SCI with CI PolyResponsibilities:Keep abreast of IC and DoD data and related strategies, business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and make recommendations to keep the Sponsor's strategy aligned accordingly.Portfolio Management - Monitor and analyze portfolio data and present findings and recommendations to aid Sponsor decision-making, including proposed strategies, identified risks, gaps, dependencies, alignment with strategic framework, and funding issues.Strategic Planning - Support the evolution of the Sponsor's strategic direction and priorities.Performance Management - Ensure the strategy is effectively pursued using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics.Lead outreach with private sector, liaison, IC, and DoD partners on data interoperability requirements.Assist government client with programmatic goals, objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government officials.Communicate technical topics to non-technical senior audiences.Minimum Requirements:TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.JOURNEYMAN Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience. SENIOR Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
