Senior Leadership Development Consultant,
you'll be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, assessing, and/or managing Leadership Development (LD) programs and processes. Programs may include training design, development, and delivery, as well as coaching and consulting, in support of overall business initiatives. It's a career that develops as you do, with opportunities to grow.WHAT OUR SENIOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS ENJOY MOSTProviding project and program support for varied leadership development initiativesSupporting the implementation of Spectrum's Leadership Development FrameworkCreating and managing internal front-line leadership development programsPartnering with Human Capital Analysis and Reporting team to manage, track and assess impact of Leadership Development BlueprintsCoordinating and/or facilitating leadership development workshopsDesigning or partnering with Instructional Designers to oversee the development of training materialsManaging and/or supporting varied LD, OD and/or HR projects and initiativesAs you focus on executing and monitoring one or more Leadership Development related processes, your goal is to provide excellent service with confidentiality. You'll deal with data and reporting so you must be resourceful, eager to learn, and able to adapt to an ever-evolving work environment and industry. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired QualificationsExperience:
Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or related field 5 - 7 yearsEducation:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is requiredTechnical skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Flexibility and willingness to work in a rapidly changing HR environment. Must competently exhibit Spectrum's Values and support its Mission. Demonstrated expertise in leadership or development program design, development, and implementationSkills:
Expert project management skills. Skill in accurately compiling and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, drawing conclusions, and effectively presenting results, solutions, and recommendations to managementAbilities:
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, straightforward manner across all employee levelsTravel Ability:
