Key Responsibilities:- Supervising the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.- Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary training and orientation to become productive members of the team.- Managing performance appraisal processes, setting performance goals, providing feedback to employees, and addressing performance issues as needed.- Handling employee relations matters such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.- Overseeing the maintenance and updating of HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, payroll information, and other HR-related data.- Developing and implementing strategies to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the organization.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required.- CIPD Level 3
Foundation Certificate in People Practice
(or equivalent) is essential.- A Master’s degree in Human Resources and related fields is preferred but not required.- Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive.- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with using basic tech tools such as Slack.- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to constantly improve.Job Overview
