Reporting and Analytics Consultant
role reports to the GRAO Program Management Office (PMO) that is responsible for day-to-day enablement of the GRAO strategy. The primary responsibility of the
Reporting and Analytics Consultant
is to support the business intelligence framework for numerous large scale, enterprise-wide Programs with multiple projects and work streams. The role holder will provide
working knowledge and experience
in developing, maintaining and enhancing program management tools, repositories and technology, as well as organizing and managing program data for analysis, visualization and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a track record of supporting business intelligence of complex change programs under moderate direction and working with diverse, cross-functional teams to support the gathering of reporting needs from stakeholders across the organization.The key responsibilities of the role include:Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of program data, repositories and business intelligence solutions to communicate program objectives , including risks, issues and overall status.Ability to perform activities, under prescribed guidelines, to gather, translate, build and operationalize project/program requirements and source system data into reporting solutions.Contribute to
shaping best practices, standards and toolkit
as well as strengthen our capabilities around execution of complex cross-enterprise programs.Apply key business drivers and technical experience to accomplish own work and solve problems with a forward-looking mindset to proactively anticipate any potential issues.Support timely escalation and resolution of any roadblocks/issues.Support the GRAO Business Intelligence team as needed.The successful candidate will benefit from having:Experience in Program Management business intelligence and data management with complex initiativesTechnical skills: Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office 365 suite required(experienced with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, Power BI).Knowledge of
