The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Retail/Consumer Goods industry and a proven track record in the RGM consulting and digital transformation. Lead and manage RGM consulting projects for Retail / CPG clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.Strategic Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness to identify revenue growth opportunities.Solution Development:
Develop and implement RGM strategies, including pricing, trade promotions, assortment optimization, and channel strategies.Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on RGM matters.Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Thought Leadership:
Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and industry presentations.Business Development:
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.Qualifications*
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.*
Experience:
8+ years of experience in the CPG industry with a focus on Revenue Growth Management strategy, process, and digital transformation.*
Expertise:
Deep understanding of RGM principles, including pricing strategy, trade promotion management, and assortment optimization.*
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.*
Communication:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.*
Leadership:
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team of consultants.*
Client Focus:
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.This is a remote position, and travel will be required as needed.Work Authorization* Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits:
