Responsibilities:
Analyze balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Ensure the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger.
Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns.
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Perform monthly bank settlements and account reconciliations.
Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Provide support during external audits.
Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software, with a preference for SAP but open to any ERP.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with financial analysis and understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V Look Up and Pivot Table.
CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is a plus.
