About the role
The senior manager will drive our go-to-market strategy with a curated list of technology partners, focused on hero use cases that either remove friction or create incremental value for our shared customers. They will set the standard for how we engage with technology partners, driving strategic alignment, mutual benefit and continuous improvement with those partners.
This position can be located in either the
San Francisco Bay Area, Austin, Texas, or remote within the US.
10% travel is required for meetings, conferences, etc. About the team The Partnerships team drives revenue growth and accelerates product innovation via strategic partnerships and ecosystem development. - Devise and execute a cohesive strategy with each partner in their portfolio, focused on product engagement, customer acquisition and revenue growth. Partner Development
- Acquire deep knowledge of each partner's vision, objectives and products, enabling them to identify growth opportunities, anticipate partner needs and resolve pain points. Partner Activation
- Coordinate training and onboarding of new partners; communicate the partnership's value proposition internally in order to accelerate time to value. Program Management
- Own all facets of the partner success process, devising joint business plans, conducting quarterly business reviews and investing in continuous improvement and optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, finance and legal to execute the best possible partnerships. Operational Rigor
- Adopt a data-driven approach to the business, focused on leading indicators, and take intelligent risks based on the data. Trusted Advisor
- Become a trusted advisor to their portfolio of partners through consistent communication, data- and industry-driven insights and superior execution. Culture Builder

MBA or JD preferred 10+ years of partner development and/or partner management experience Demonstrated experience leading large, complex partnerships in the eCommerce industry What will make you stand out?
