Solution Engineer - Compliance Delivery InternLocation - Hybrid: Charlotte, NC
The Solution Engineer Intern is responsible for supporting the delivery process. The Solution Engineer Intern will work with experts with the Intapp products and can assist in translating customers’ requirements into technical product capabilities. The Solution Engineer Intern will also assist the product development team in troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during the delivery of the solution.
What you will do:
Assist in the technical delivery of Intapp solutions built upon Intapp’s market-leading products (such as Intapp Open, Intapp Time, Intapp Walls and others).
Provide analysis of customer needs and implementation recommendations.
Work closely with project team members such as the Engagement Manager, the Principal Consultant, and other Solution Engineers to deliver the solution.
Provide analysis of client needs and implementation recommendations.
Work closely with the product team to improve the product.
Work with the professional services team to improve process.
Work with sales to provide assistance in delivering new solutions to new customers.
What you will need:
Pursuing a technical degree and going into the final year of study for a Bachelor or Master’s degree.
Proven ability to learn and a strong desire to learn.
Results-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers.
Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills; candidates must be detail-oriented.
Team player with the ability to coordinate work with all team members.
What to Expect:
Our Summer 2025 Internship Program begins June 2, 2025, and is projected to end between August 8 and 22, 2025.
Your professional growth and development will be supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your academic and professional interests, mentorship, and engaging events with other interns and company leadership.
Our internship is hybrid, and interns will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week to get the full experience of the Intapp culture and networking opportunities.
