Job Summary: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage financial transactions by processing invoices daily. Your role will involve receiving, entering, coding, and executing check runs while collaborating with departments and vendors to resolve invoice issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process PO and non-PO invoices, ensuring accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team at the front desk.
• Support the transition to a more paperless environment.

Qualifications:

• Associates in Accounting with 2+ years of AP experience

Salary: $45,000 to $55,000
