What you will be doing as the Accounting Specialist:
  • Processing Accounts Payable invoice including receiving, gaining approval, and entering invoices
  • Assist with transition AP to paperless
  • Responsible for new vendor setups
  • Support accounts receivable by sending invoices or statement requests
  • Assist with office administrative tasks as needed
What experience the Accounting Specialist needs to have:
  • Associates in Accounting preferred
  • 1+ years of AP experience

Salary: $45,000 to $54,000
