- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional support by promptly responding to phone and email inquiries.
- Customer Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with valued customers.
- Order Processing
- Accurately process customer orders in our computer system.
- Accounts Receivable Support
- Assist with invoicing and credit card processing tasks.
- Collections Assistance
- Support collections efforts to ensure financial integrity.
- Administrative Support
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies.
- Sales Manager Support
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to facilitate order entry, billing, and invoicing.
- Internet Orders
- Manage internet orders, processing approximately five orders daily.
- Education/Experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- MRP System Familiarity
- Knowledge of systems like Fishbowl.
- QuickBooks or ERP
- Experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
