Seasonal Temporary Associate Job Description – Sale & Sales SupportThe Temporary Associate role is part of the store’s overall success and efficiency during a high-volume period and supports our brand commitment to provide products to our customers. Our peak season is when we see the most amount of Coach customers, and we are looking for passionate brand ambassadors to add to our store teams!Among other things, individuals in this role will:Engage customers using the Coach Experience Service expectation and selling behaviorsInteract genuinely and naturally with the customerMaintain accuracy when operating POS and adhere to Coach cash handling policyEnsure accurate email/name and data capture where permitted by lawEnsure proper phone etiquette is upheld when answering store callsDrive conversion through client engagement and omni selling techniquesSupport back of house tasks as neededRepresent Coach brand appropriatelyBasic computer skillsAbility to execute at a fast paceAttention to detail and accuracyAble to climb, bend and kneelAble to meet Coach Availability and Scheduling Expectations, including working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be available to work October 15 through January 1Our Competencies for All Employees
