Community Relations Manager
to join our team.As the
Community Relations Manager , you will play a key role in driving our
community engagement initiatives
and building relationships that enhance our
outreach efforts . You’ll work on
promoting events , building strategic partnerships, and representing our organization at various
community functions .Key Responsibilities:Community Engagement : Assist in planning and executing
community engagement strategies
that align with our mission, including
fundraising events
and
public initiatives .Relationship Building : Build and maintain relationships with
community partners ,
sponsors , and stakeholders to foster collaboration and
ongoing support .Event Promotion : Lead efforts to
promote and market fundraising events
via social media, email campaigns, and other channels to increase
participation and visibility .Representation : Represent our organization at
community meetings , events, and activities, clearly communicating our mission, goals, and
impactful initiatives .Collaboration : Work closely with the
event planning team
to ensure seamless execution of community events, from concept to completion.Reporting : Track and report on
community engagement activities
and outcomes, using data to inform and improve future strategies.Customer Service : Provide
excellent customer service
to community partners and event participants, ensuring they have a positive experience with our organization.Qualifications:Education : Bachelor’s degree in
Public Relations ,
Communications ,
Marketing , or a related field is preferred.Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire
diverse audiences .Passion for Outreach : A genuine passion for
community outreach
and making a positive impact on local communities.Team Player : Ability to work
collaboratively
with different teams to achieve common goals and successful project outcomes.Organizational Skills : Strong
organizational
and
time management skills
with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Experience : Previous experience in
event planning ,
community relations , or
nonprofit engagement
is a plus.Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the
