IT Project Manager I:

$80,000-$85,000Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401KBenefits are subject to change with or without notice.IT Project Manager I Responsibilities Include:Manage individual projects within the 4DW Program, providing direction, guidance, and support to project teams.Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with program goals.Identify and engage key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients, to ensure their involvement and support throughout the project lifecycle.Identify potential risks and issues associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful project delivery.Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support project activities and achieve project objectives within the allocated timeframe and budget.Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and issues.Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively, assessing impacts and communicating changes to stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant artifacts, ensuring transparency and accountability.Monitor project performance against key metrics, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions as necessary. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.IT Project Manager I Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:PMI/PMP certification (required)1-3 years of experience with data migration (required)Preferred experience with Electronic Health Records- EHR systemsProficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate project teams, foster collaboration, and drive project success.Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, clients, and senior management.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate project goals, objectives, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions to overcome challenges.Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize their impact on project outcomes.Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.Company Information:Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH)
