Angular/Python Developer

Position Description

This position is located in either our Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Columbus, OH offices with work performed at client site in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Columbus; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

CGI is looking for a mid-level experienced Angular/Python Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of our client's enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with proficiency in Angular for the front-end and Python for the back-end.

Your future duties and responsibilitiesDesign, development, coding, testing, debugging of software and production deployment activities.Ensures that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements.Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.Work and contribute as part of an agile team.Engage with internal, customer and other 3rd party stakeholders on a day-to-day basis as part of project development and implementation activities.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role4-7 years overall experience in software development and deployments.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Good knowledge of Python.Good knowledge of UI development (Angular).Good knowledge on Dev-ops.Hands-on development experience in relational databases, specifically MySQL.Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

CompensationCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800-$155,800.
