As such, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that welcomes candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels.PURPOSEManages and optimizes supply chain to ensure that inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence. Analyzes the demand forecast, production capacities, and inventory levels to create an efficient constrained supply plan. Drives the roll up of supply analysis content. Coordinates with various departments, suppliers, and stakeholders to align supply with demand efficiently. Ensures products are available in the right quantities, at the right time, and at the right cost.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManages the monthly supply process for a product category or categories for the consolidation and roll up of supply analysis content for data driven, informed decision making.Analyze demand forecast and inventory levels to create an efficient constrained supply plan.Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.Manage key supply planning parameters in IBP: Days of supply, safety stock, lead times, quotas, and transportation lanes associated with procuring and transporting the needed products to ensure availability.Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover rates and reduce excess and obsolete inventory.Create and maintain supply plans that align with demand forecasts, production capabilities, and needs of operations.Support the analysis of the network strategy and understand how materials are distributed across plants and reloads.Use data analysis tools to track supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance and inventory levels.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supply planning activities.Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing the overall supply chain.Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions, such as supplier delays or demand fluctuations.Monitor market conditions and external factors that could impact supply availability or cost.Works closely with internal stakeholders, including operations and finance teams, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.Communicate supply chain plans, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.Manages the work of employees that are using Planning Software (IBP) to perform Supply Planning tasks.Collaborates with Sourcing and Procurement Managers, Operations and Manufacturing as required to obtain information for timely and accurate Planning.Reviews Supply Plans completed by Supply Planners prior to publishing.Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Other duties may be assigned.

Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management, preferably in construction industry;Or equivalent combination of education and experience.Leadership experience managing a team strongly preferred.APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or similar supply chain certifications. (Preferred)Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies. (Preferred)Knowledge of global supply chain trends and best practices. (Preferred)Experience using SAP IBP (Preferred)
