hybrid schedule

with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.Pay:

$24.00 - $28.84 per hourSchedule:

Monday - Friday (6 a.m. - 3 p.m. / 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. / 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)Summary:

The

Supply Planner

will manage inventory levels and the supply plan to ensure stock availability to meet customer demand. Responsibilities include determining stock replenishment strategies and managing inventory targets by translating demand inputs (forecasts and sales orders) into actionable supply plans for specific product groups.Responsibilities:

forecasts and set

MRP

planning parameters.Initiated

ICSTOs

(Intercompany Stock Transfer Orders).Developed and maintained inventory stocking policies, including safety stock levels and order quantities, down to the SKU level.Updated

Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)

and account managers on inventory levels and product availability.Collaborated with the

Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)

organization to reflect key inventory assumptions in forecasts.Assisted in determining the most suitable inventory replenishment models to balance service, cost, and inventory objectives.Maintained

SAP master data

for replenishment parameters and planning rates related to supply and inventory processes.Led the

Demand Supply Review (DSR)

to implement approved supply plans.Proposed and implemented tools and structures to improve the planning function in consultation with the

IBP Manager .Coordinated with regional supply planning teams on strategic actions and process improvements.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.Proficiency in

MS Office

(Excel, Access, SharePoint).Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.Excellent analytical and data validation skills, including trending and forecasting capabilities.Strong communication abilities to engage with all functional levels within the business.Experience with

SAP ,

Business Warehouse , or

Arkieva

(or similar ERP and advanced planning software) is preferred.Solid understanding of supply chain and business processes.Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and complete projects with minimal direction.APICS CPIM

or

CSCP

certification preferred.Willingness to travel (approx. 5%, regional or global).Sirius Staffing Inc.
