Compensation : Compensation includes a base salary of $88,300.00 - $147,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

As an innovative managed cloud service provider, we seek a

Senior Salesforce Administrator

with advanced Salesforce administration expertise and at least one additional credential in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. The role demands a strategic, analytical thinker who can apply advanced techniques to solve complex organizational challenges, optimize processes, and contribute to business objectives. Working in an agile environment, this individual will collaborate with DevOps developers, architects, and stakeholders to maintain and enhance our Salesforce platform, which includes a Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Zuora CPQ, and various other integrated business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration : Manage daily administration, maintenance, and support of our Salesforce ecosystem, including managing users, roles, profiles, data integrity, reporting, security, and configuration.

Solution Design and Optimization : Use advanced Sales Cloud and Service Cloud knowledge to design and implement efficient, customer-centric solutions that drive productivity and engagement.

Analytical Problem-Solving : Leverage strong analytical skills to identify root causes of organizational issues, assess potential impacts, and develop alternative solutions that align with business interests.

CPQ Specialist : Configure and optimize Zuora CPQ to support complex pricing models and streamlined quoting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in sales operations.

Process Automation : Develop and deploy workflows, validation rules, and custom flows to automate key business processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve operational efficiency.

Cross-functional collaboration : Partner with DevOps engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to integrate and align Salesforce solutions with broader business objectives and technical systems.

Agile Environment : Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and deliver solutions incrementally and iteratively.

System Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Ensure platform health by monitoring performance, identifying issues, troubleshooting, and proactively implementing solutions to maintain uptime and reliability.

User Support and Training : Provide advanced technical support, conduct training sessions for end-users, and create documentation to drive user adoption and best practices.

Data Security and Compliance : Implement and enforce data security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations relevant to cloud services.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years’ experience in a related field.

Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.

One or more of the following: Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and CPQ Specialist Certifications.

5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.

Proven ability to work in an agile environment alongside DevOps teams, developers, and architects.

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, and security protocols.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with managed cloud services and solution providers.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for Salesforce administration: Process Builder, Flow Builder, Data Loader, Report and Dashboard Builders, Salesforce CLI (Command Line Interface), Field History Tracking.

Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
