Job Description
We are looking for a smart, self-motivated and versatile Software Engineer. As a member of a full-stack agile team, your skills must complement the team to define, implement, test and deliver features toward our Video Product Line.
In order to be successful in this role, you must value teamwork and collaborate effectively with a small but dynamic team. Our agile teams vary between 3-6 members in size and are fully empowered to continuously improve.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or a related field) or 4 years of equivalent work experienceExperience coding in C#, Javascript, Java, Python, etc.Working knowledge of Linux and Windows based development environmentsSelf-driven and acts with an extreme sense of urgencyMust be willing to work a hybrid work schedule consisting of at least 2-3 days per week in the office, and working hours overlap the designated development team's core working hours
Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge in REST API/JSONCompetency with SQLMasters Degree in Computer Science (or a related field) or 2 years of equivalent work experience.Experience building web, mobile, and server applicationsExperience developing, debugging, and shipping software products on large code bases that span tech stacks, platforms and toolsDesire to take on leadership roles as opportunities present themselves.
The position is based in either Fresno, CA or Fort Collins, CO and the candidate must reside in these areas as you will be required to work in office on a hybrid model.
The base salary range for this position in California and Colorado is $75,000 - $80,000.
Basic Requirements:Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of experience in software developmentLegal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
