Located within the College of Continuing Education, OU CPM specializes in providing training, research, and consulting to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public sector agencies, staff, and community partners. Our focus is not only on professional and programmatic development but also on fostering a culture of growth and opportunity since 1994.If making a meaningful difference in public service excites you, OU CPM is where your passion meets purpose.The E-Business section of CPM develops information technology applications and informational websites for various contract partners of the Center for Public Management. This position supports the SATTRN contract, Child Welfare Training contract, and Foster Care and Adoption contract as well as other short-term contracts and internal CPM business process applications.Software applications supported:

WordPress websites, (JavaScript es5 and 6 and React), PHP websites, open source Totara and Moodle plug-in development (PHP, CSS and JavaScript) Open Source Adapt authoring tool development (JavaScript). This position develops new software applications and updates and modifies existing applications as required by the customer. Processes user needs to customize software for computer programs, designs prototype applications, implements and tests source code, and troubleshoots software applications.This position designs prototypes according to customer specifications, develops software solutions to meet customer needs, creates and implements the source code of new applications, tests source code and debugs code, evaluates existing applications and performs updates and modifications, and develops technical handbooks to represent the design and code of new applications.Job Requirements
