**Job Description:**- Start dates available: 12/2, 12/9- **Holiday Policy**: Availability required for 2 Holiday Pairs - Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day- Offers available for nurses with no RTO and a clinical pass- Float Pool Locations: Various facilities, RN must be adaptable to working in up to four locations during the contract- Role may include floating to emergency department inpatient overflow in the ER- Documentation system used: EPIC, Pyxis- General medicine, surgical, neuro, oncology, cardiac, ortho units- IMU 1:3; Telemetry 1:4; MS 1:5- Schedule: 4-week schedule will be sent 2 weeks in advance; no blocked or self-scheduling- Notification about work facility to be provided 2 hours before shift- COVID-19 Vaccine required with possible exemptions for medical/religious reasons- Flu Vaccine required with possible medical exemptions- Candidates must float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals based on census and unit requirements- Background considerations must be provided prior to submission- Return staff must have been gone 1 year to return as a traveler- Training modules to be completed during orientation and annually, duration may vary
