Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)Essential Functions:
Provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and psychopharmacologic management for patient with mental health disordersDevelop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as neededProvide crisis interventions for patient or family as neededCollaborate care with psychotherapist on cases requiring behavioral treatmentCoordinate care with family, community organizations or other agencies as neededDocument evaluations, psychopharmacologic, and individual/family therapy interventions timely at EMR systemParticipate in network activities such as team meetings, provider meetings, grand rounds, and training sessionsQualifications:Must be certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMH) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)2+ years of experience preferred but all welcome.Current and unrestricted New York State license and DEA number.Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) required.Rendr is an equal opportunity employer.
