As a rapidly growing network, we provide a supportive environment for our physicians to practice medicine under the guidance of dedicated medical leadership.Essential Functions:Diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and chronic diseases and conditionsPrescribing or administering medications, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injuryExplaining procedures and discussing test results or prescribed treatments with patientsMonitoring patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluating treatments, as necessaryProviding health and wellness advice to patients, including diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease preventionImmunizing patients against preventable diseasesMaintaining detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests, and/or treatments prescribed, and test resultsReferring patients to other medical specialists, when necessaryProviding compassionate and empathetic support and advice to patients regarding their health concernsPreparing official health documents or records, when necessaryParticipating in network activities such as Provider meetings, Grand Rounds, and training sessionsOther related duties as assignedQualificationsBilingual English and Chinese required.MD or DO from accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board-certified or board-eligible.Current and unrestricted New York State license and DEA.Rendr is an equal opportunity employer.
