EXTENDED DAY FOOD SERVICE WORKER MANAGER-CNP

QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent and a combination of training, education, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesState or Federal certification is desired but not requiredConsiderable experience in institutional or other food service organizations involving the preparation and planning of menus, large-scale cooking, preparation, and serving of large numbers of mealsConsiderable knowledge of materials and methods used in large-scale cookingAbility to supervise other employeesSuch alternatives to the above qualifications as may be appropriate and acceptableESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Plan, manage, and direct the Child Nutrition Program for assigned schoolPlan menus, supervise staff, train employees, order supplies, maintain inventory, manage funds, comply with safety and hygiene regulations

HOURLY RATE:

$25.00 per hour
